§ 91.50 DISPOSAL REGULATIONS.

It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to deposit anywhere in the village any uncovered piles of refuse, garbage, offal, or carcasses of dead animals. Any uncovered pile of refuse is a nuisance.
