§ 30.06 VOTING; RECONSIDERATION.
   (A)   Each member of the Board of Trustees shall vote on all questions in which he, she, or they is not personally interested, which may be brought before the Board for its action in such manner as to require a vote to be taken thereon.
   (B)   No vote of the Board of Trustees shall be reconsidered or rescinded at a special meeting, unless at such special meeting there be present as large a number of Trustees as were present when such vote was taken.
