(A) Regular meetings. Regular meetings of the Board of Trustees of the village shall be held at the Village Hall as adopted by schedule from time to time.
(B) Special meetings. Special meetings of the Board of Trustees may be called by the President or any three members of the Board whenever in their discretion it is deemed necessary in which event such meeting shall be called in accordance with the requirements of the Open Meetings Act, 5 ILCS 120/1 et seq.
(C) Open to public. All meetings, whether regular, special, rescheduled, or reconvened shall be open to the public as provided by state statutes.
