The Board of Trustees shall consist of six members, three of whom shall be elected annually to hold office for a term of four years and until their successors are elected and qualified. If any vacancy shall occur in the office of Trustees by death, resignation, removal, or otherwise, such vacancy shall be filled in accordance with the state statutes.
