(A) Parking for certain purposes prohibited. No person shall stand or park a vehicle upon any roadway for the principal purpose of:
(1) Displaying it for sale;
(2) Washing, greasing, or repairing such vehicle, except repairs necessitated by an emergency;
(3) Storage; or
(4) Peddling merchandise on a business street.

(B) Using vehicle for advertising prohibited. No person shall operate or park on any street any vehicle for the primary purpose of advertising.
