It is unlawful to leave any truck with an empty weight over two and one-half tons, semi-tractor or trailer, boat trailer, commercial vehicle or any passenger vehicle having a seating capacity for more than nine passengers or any other motor vehicle exceeding 31 feet in overall length to be parked upon any public street or alley in the village for more than 120 consecutive minutes.
