§ 71.05 CONTRACT WITH PROPERTY OWNERS; PRIVATE PROPERTY.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to park any motor vehicle on any private property without the consent of the owner of the property.

   (B)   The village shall have the authority to enter into contracts with property owners regulating parking on the property.
