The Seal, circular in form, herein described and used by the village with the inscription “Village of Grand Ridge, Illinois, Incorporated 1891" around the outer edge of said Seal and in the interior and center of the circle so formed, the words, “Village Seal” shall be and is hereby declared to be the Seal of the village. The Seal shall be used in all cases where it shall be required by the laws of the United States, the laws of any of the several states, and the ordinances of the village.
