Any minor found in violation of this subchapter, after once receiving the warning provided for in § 132.35, shall be referred to the Juvenile Court of the county for a determination as to whether or not the minor should be proceeded against, as may be appropriate under R.C. Chapter 2151, as an unruly child, a delinquent child, or a neglected child.
