§ 130.22 REIMBURSEMENT TO VILLAGE OF EXPENSE OF CONFINEMENT IN JAIL.
   (A)   Any person convicted of a criminal offense and sentenced and confined in the County Jail facilities shall reimburse the village for any and all expenses and disbursements the village has expended due to such confinement.
   (B)   Council may direct the Village Legal Counsel to initiate a civil action for the recovery of the expenses and disbursements expended by the village for the confinement in the County Jail, as set forth in division (A) hereof.
