§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Whoever violates § 92.07 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. The penalty shall be as provided in § 130.99.

   (C)   Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of § 92.14 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues beyond the ten-day period for compliance referred to in § 92.14(C)(2); provided, however, that no additional notice of violation, as provided in § 92.14(C), is required to be given for such subsequent days. The penalty shall be as provided in § 130.99.
