§ 75.08 USE OF SKATEBOARDS, ROLLER-BLADES, E-SCOOTERS, E-BIKES AND THE LIKE IN CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT.
   (A)   No person shall ride or operate skateboards, roller-blades, e-scooters, e-bikes and the like on any street or sidewalk in the central business district of the village.
   (B)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalty provided in § 130.99.
