§ 154.119 EXISTING SIGNS; SIGNS ADVERTISING NONRESIDENT BUSINESSES PROHIBITED.
   (A)   All signs, billboards, or other advertising or identifying devices existing at the time this Zoning Code becomes effective shall be permitted to remain and advertise the existing business of the owner or lessee. When either the presently existing structural portion thereof is replaced or requires replacement to the extent of at least 50% thereof, or whenever the same shall be removed or abandoned, all of the requirements and restrictions contained herein shall apply in the zoning districts.
   (B)   No sign advertising any business, not principally located in the village or locally oriented, will be permitted, and such signs shall be removed within one year next following the effective date of this Zoning Code.
