§ 154.096 PROXIMITY OF NONRESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS TO RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS.
   Nonresidential buildings or uses shall not be located or constructed closer than 40 feet from any lot line of a residential district. If screening is provided and approved by the Zoning Inspector, the minimum yard requirements may be reduced to 50% of the requirements that are otherwise applicable.
