(A) Industrial District coverage shall conform to the Ohio Basic Building Code, but in no event shall it be less than 50 feet from the right-of-way. The side and rear lot line setback shall be ten feet. Maximum height of buildings shall be 45 feet.
(B) In the Industrial District, allowance shall be made for parking of all of the employees’ automobiles off the street or highway.
