In the Commercial District, buildings shall be set back from the street to conform to the present building lines as established by the existing buildings now erected thereon, provided that where no setback lines have been established, the same shall be a minimum of 25 feet from the right-of-way. In no case shall the setback line be less than 25 feet. The side and rear lot line setback shall be ten feet. Maximum height of buildings shall be 45 feet.
