§ 154.074 MOBILE HOME PARK DISTRICT.
   (A)   Mobile home parks shall be located only in the Mobile Home Park District. Mobile home parks shall meet the requirements of the rules adopted by the State Public Health Council pursuant to R.C. § 3733.02.
   (B)   Permitted uses in the Mobile Home Park District include mobile homes (sometimes referred to as manufactured homes) and house trailers.
