§ 153.091 STREET TREES.
   (A)   Trees shall be provided by the subdivision owner(s)/developer(s) in all subdivisions where curbs, gutters, and sidewalks are required, in accordance with standards and specifications of the village. The trees shall be a species which are resistant to damage and disease and which do not cause interference with underground utilities, street lighting, or visibility at street intersections. Existing trees should be retained in new subdivisions wherever possible.
   (B)   All trees planted along the boulevards shall be spaced not closer than one-and-one-half feet from the side lot lines of the lots in front of which they are planted and shall be spaced at minimum of 25 feet and a maximum of 35 feet between trees. All boulevard trees shall be located approximately an equal distance from the paved portion of the street and the outside edge of the sidewalks.
   (C)   Tree species and size requirements shall be determined by the Village Council street committee.
