§ 153.087 CONSTRUCTION PROCEDURE AND MATERIALS.
   The minimum requirements for material and construction procedures shall be in conformance with the standards the State of Ohio, Department of Transportation, Construction and Material Specifications Manual and/or 10 State Standards and with the requirements of the State Department of Health and State Environmental Protection Agency.
