§ 152.070 APPEALS BOARD ESTABLISHED.
   (A)   The Village Planning Commission is hereby appointed to serve as the Appeals Board for these regulations as established by the Village Code.
   (B)   Records of the Appeals Board shall be kept and filed in the Village Administrative Building, 17460 Sycamore Road, Grand Rapids.
