(A) Where the order of the Building Inspector requires the vacation of any building or structure, the building or structure shall be vacated within ten days after the receipt or final publication of the notice provided for in § 151.18. If the condition of the building is such as to place its occupants in immediate danger, then, at the direction of the Building Inspector, the order to vacate shall become effective immediately.
(B) Where the order of the Building Inspector requires the building or structure to be demolished or repaired, the owner shall be given such reasonable time, not exceeding 45 days, following the receipt of the order, as may be necessary to do or have done the work or act required by the order.
