§ 34.005 EMPLOYMENT OF ARCHITECTS AND ENGINEERS.
   The Planning Commission may control, appoint, or employ architects, engineers, and other professional service, and may appoint clerks, draftsmen and other subordinates as are necessary for the performance of its functions. The expenditures for such service and employments shall be within the amounts appropriated for those persons by Council, and Council shall provide for the expenses and accommodations necessary for the work of the Commission.
