A. The city council may, by resolution, establish, or alter, a curfew in any city park or playground, and prohibit access to, and the use of, such park or playground during the hours of the curfew so established.
B. Signs shall be posted in any park or playground for which a curfew has been established, indicating the hours of such curfew.
C. It shall be unlawful for any person to be in a park or playground during the curfew hours posted for such park or playground.
