A. The person or persons placed in charge of the various City parks and recreational facilities by the mayor may establish rules and regulations for the use of said parks and facilities by the general public, subject to approval by the mayor.
B. The mayor may submit any or all such approved rules and regulations to the city council for adoption under this section.
C. The violation of any rule or regulation adopted by the city council pursuant to this section shall be punished as a violation of the City Code.
D. Copies of the rules and regulations adopted by the city council under this section shall be kept on file in the city clerk's office, the Parks and Recreation Department office, and, where appropriate, shall be posted at the facility or facilities regulated thereby.
