§ 874.01 PROHIBITION OF MARIJUANA BUSINESSES AND ESTABLISHMENTS.

Pursuant to the Michigan Regulation and Taxation of Marihuana Act, § 6.1, being Initiated Law 1 of 2018, M.C.L.A. §§ 333.27956, the city prohibits the establishment or operation of marihuana establishments, as defined by the Act, within its boundaries.
