§ 872.08 NOISE CONTROL.
   (a)   No loud speakers or other audio amplifying devices are permitted unless approved by resolution of City Council.
   (b)   No shall attract attention to their articles, goods, wares or merchandise, or to any other service or activity by hawking or outcry in a loud and annoying manner.
