§ 870.16 REVOCATION OR MODIFICATION OF AUTHORIZATION.

If any business licensee on whose behalf a certificate has been issued fails to operate any or all of the covered by such certificate for six consecutive days, the certificate may be revoked or modified by Council so as to cover and authorize only the number of taxicabs actually operated.
