§ 870.06 CHAUFFEUR’S LICENSE REQUIRED; DRIVERS’ BEHAVIOR.
   (a)   No person shall drive a , or be hired or permitted to do so, unless he or she is duly licensed as a chauffeur.
   (b)   No driver of a , while on duty, shall drink any intoxicating liquor, use any profane or obscene language, shout or call to prospective passengers or disturb the peace in any way.
