§ 860.07 CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION.

No person shall carry on the business of a precious metal or gem dealer in the city without first having a business license issued from the City Clerk or his or her designee authorizing such person or entity to carry on such business subject to the provisions of this chapter.
