§ 860.02 ENABLING AUTHORITY.

This chapter is adopted pursuant to and in accordance with Public Act 246 of 1945, being M.C.L.A. §§ 41.181 through 41.187, as amended, and M.C.L.A. §§ 445.481 et seq., as amended, known as the Precious Metal and Gem Dealer Act.
