§ 852.10 LICENSE REVOCATION.

Council may revoke a license to conduct an whenever the or his or her employee or agent fails, neglects or refuses to fully comply with any of the provisions of this chapter or with any provisions, regulations, ordinances, statutes or other laws incorporated herein by reference.
