§ 852.05 INVESTIGATIONS.
   On receipt of an application for a license required by this chapter by the City Clerk, copies of the application shall be forwarded to the Chief of Police and the Health Officer, to the State Fire Marshal and to such other appropriate public officials as the City Clerk deems necessary. Such officers and officials shall review and investigate matters relevant to the application, and within 20 days of receipt thereof shall report their findings and recommendations to Council.
