§ 812.09 COMPLAINTS; APPEALS.

If a permit is denied or revoked by the City Clerk, the applicant or holder of a permit appeal to and have a hearing before the City . The City make a written determination. If the City denial or revocation is supported the applicant may appeal the City ’s decision to City Council.
