§ 812.08 REVOCATION.

(a) The City Clerk revoke the permit of any engaged in who ceases to meet any requirement of this chapter or violates any other federal, or local regulation, makes a false statement on their application, or conducts activity in a manner that is adverse to the protection of the public health, safety and welfare.

(b) Immediately upon such revocation, the permit become null and void.
