§ 806.14 PROVISION OF INFORMATION.

(a) Filings. Upon request, shall provide with copies of all documents which company sends to the and all records required by company to be maintained under § 76 of the FCC regulations (47 C.F.R. § 76) or successor sections, upon request of municipality.

(b) Lawsuits. Upon request, shall provide with copies of all pleadings in all lawsuits pertaining to the granting of this and the operation of the to which it is a party within 30 days of company’s receipt of same.
