§ 806.10 TERM.
   (a)   Initial term. The term of this shall be until September 15, 2016.
   (b)   Termination. This and all rights of thereunder shall automatically terminate on the expiration of the term of this franchise, unless an extension is granted. shall give company 60 days’ notice prior to taking action to enforce such termination.
