§ 694.02 RESISTING FINGERPRINTING.
   (a)   A person not refuse to allow or resist the taking of his or her fingerprints (felony and misdemeanor arrests) as authorized or otherwise required by .
   (b)   Any person who violates the provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 93 days or a fine of not more than $500, or both.
