All plant material be hardy to the area, free of disease and insects, and conform to the American Standard for Stock of the American Association of Nurserymen. The overall landscape plan shall not contain more than 33% of any one plant species. The of trees native to the area and Southeast Michigan, and mixture of trees from the same species association, is encouraged.
