SECTION 2200   OFF-STREET PARKING REQUIREMENTS.
   The purpose of this section is to provide in all districts at the time or erection or enlargement of any or , off-street with adequate access to all spaces. spaces, in conjunction with all or building uses, be provided, prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy, as hereinafter prescribed:

   c.   Required residential   consist of a parking strip, parking bay, driveway, , or combination thereof and shall be located on the they are intended to serve, and subject to the provisions for accessory uses, buildings and structures (Sections 312 through 317).

For uses not specifically listed in Section 2201, the requirements for facilities be in accordance with a similar or based on documentation regarding the specific parking needs for the particular , as determined by the .
   j.   When units or measurements determining the of required parking spaces result in the requirement of a fractional space, any fraction up to and including one-half (1/2) be disregarded and fractions over one-half (1/2) shall require one (1) .
