SECTION 335   TEMPORARY REFUSE AND STORAGE CONTAINERS.
The of temporary refuse and storage containers (not already governed by a valid building permit) be allowed in residential zoning districts subject to the following regulations:
   a.   Number: No more than one (1) such container be used per at any given time.
   b.   Location: Such containers be placed on a hard surface or in a non-required side or of an lot and shall not be located in an or .
   c.   Duration: The maximum duration for use of such containers be twenty-one (21) days. A given shall be allowed use of not more than two (2) such containers in any given year.
   d.   Approval: Use of such containers require approval from the Building and Zoning Official (or his/her designee) prior to delivery of such container to the subject .
   e.   Maintenance: Such containers be used and maintained in a manner that does not disturb the public health, safety or welfare.
   f.   Exceptions/Modifications: Use of such containers for a period of no more than forty-eight (48) hours shall not require City approval. Furthermore, of such containers for a period exceeding that allowed above be granted by the . The Commission may require safeguards including, but not limited to, setbacks, screening and in order to protect the public health, safety and welfare.
   g.   Violations: Non-compliance with any of the above regulations be considered violation of the City Zoning Ordinance Section 1101 Permitted Uses.
