SECTION 304 PRINCIPAL BUILDING, STRUCTURE OR USE.

No lot contain more than one (1) , or except: groups of multiple dwellings under the same ownership, developments, housing parks, unified shopping centers, an auto dealership, an complex, a multi-building industrial , an approved wireless communication facility or a Planned Unit Development.
