No person shall knowingly:
(a) Enter or remain unlawfully in a dwelling;
(b) Enter or remain unlawfully in or upon any premises; or
(c) Enter or remain unlawfully in or upon premises which are enclosed in a manner designed to exclude intruders or which are fenced.
