§ 1616.12 ENFORCEMENT.

The Fire Chief, his or her designees and sworn enforcement officers are authorized to enforce the provisions of this chapter. Where creates or adds to a hazardous situation, the Fire Chief, his or her designees and sworn enforcement offices order the extinguishment of the operation.
