§ 1612.05 UNLAWFUL BOARDING ON OR TAMPERING WITH FIRE DEPARTMENT EMERGENCY EQUIPMENT.

No person shall damage, deface or attempt to conspire to damage or deface any Fire Department emergency vehicle at any time, or injure, attempt to injure or conspire to injure Fire Department personnel while such personnel are performing Department duties.
