(a) No person under 18 years of age shall possess or use cigarettes, cigars, chewing tobacco, snuff, or tobacco in any other form in the city.
(b) Any person who violates the provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by imprisonment for not more than 93 days or a fine of not more than $500, or both.
