§ 1460.07 ENFORCEMENT BY POLICE DEPARTMENT.

(a) The Police Department shall enforce this chapter. Existing structures shall be required to be in compliance within six months of the adoption of this chapter.

(b) New structures shall be brought into compliance upon completion.
