§ 610.04 ANIMAL NUISANCES.

It shall be unlawful for the or of any , or other to cause or permit such animal to perform, create or engage in any nuisance as defined by § 610.02. Any animal found acting in any way prohibited by this chapter, in the determination of the city, shall be deemed a nuisance and its owner or harborer shall be subject to enforcement action.
