§ 610.03 CRUELTY TO ANIMALS; KILLING OR INJURING.
   It shall be unlawful for any to:
   (a)   Beat, underfeed, overload, overwork, torment, abandon or otherwise inhumanely treat any anywhere in the city;
   (b)   Kill or wound, or attempt to kill or wound, or take the eggs or young of, any game or song bird;
   (c)   Knowingly poison or cause to be poisoned any , except that common rat poison mixed only with vegetable or grain substances may be exposed for the protection of property;
   (d)   Give away any as a prize for or as an inducement to enter any contest, game or other competition, or as an inducement to enter a place of amusement; or offer such vertebrate as an incentive to enter into any business agreement when the offer is for the purpose of attracting trade;
   (e)   Fail to provide a with necessary food, bedding, shelter or protection from the weather; or
   (f)   Willfully and maliciously kill, maim or injure any .
