(a) No person
park any vehicle in any place on the
of the Grand Blanc City Fire Department where signs designate no parking.
(b) No person
park any vehicle in any place on the
of the Grand Blanc City Fire Department where signs designate reserved parking, unless there is exhibited on the vehicle a permit authorizing parking in reserved areas.
(c) The Police Department is hereby authorized to remove and tow away, or to have removed and towed away by commercial towing service any vehicle or trailer parked in violation of division (a) or (b) above. Vehicles or trailers so towed away for illegal parking
be stored in a safe place and
be restored to the
or operator of such vehicle upon payment of the towing and storage fees as charged by such commercial towing service.
