§ 440.05 SCHEDULE OF FINES.

   The following parking violations, some of which are based upon the Uniform Traffic Code for Cities, Townships and Villages, Public Act 62 of 1956 and being M.C.L.A. §§ 257.951 to 257.951 and R 28.1001 et seq. of the Michigan Administrative Code (the “UTC”), shall be punishable by the fines indicated:
